Our current growth rate requires that we add new team members to both our commercial and personal lines teams. So, we are seeking talented and experienced Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance sales professionals with ambition and passion for selling insurance. 

Required Qualifications
  • Experience:
    - 1 to 3 years of insurance service experience required, 3+ years preferred
    - Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships over the phone and in person.
  • License:
    - A valid P&C License (Required) 
    - Experience with AMS 360 & WorkSmart is preferred

Job Responsibilities:
  • Providing customers with a professional, high-value experience
  • Become a knowledge expert of our carrier insurance products
  • We deal with 25+ "A" Rated Insurance Carriers, so you have the choice on where to place your clients
  • Work directly with sales and service teams on daily tasks such as:  handling client requests, communicating with clients, projects, etc. 
  • Strong written communication skills. You should be able to compose your thoughts quickly, type quickly, and have strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills
  • Great listening skills
  • Maintain an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude every day
  • Willingness to do hard things to build and retain client relationships
  • A go-getter that takes initiative
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and multitask within multi-rater systems
  • The willingness to prioritize tasks to meet or exceed monthly goals

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
